Where does my data live?
Your files, history and passwords stay on the computer in your office. When the agent needs to reason through a step, it sends only the text that step requires to the AI model, over an encrypted connection.
What happens if the agent gets something wrong?
Anything consequential waits for your approval, so a wrong draft never leaves your hands. Mistakes on routine steps are logged, appear in your weekly summary, and the workflow gets fixed.
Can you work with regulated or confidential information?
We'll go through your obligations on the first call. PWood Group doesn't claim certifications it doesn't hold, and where rules apply, the setup is designed around them with your compliance advisor.
Can I switch it off?
Yes. It's your hardware. Unplug it, or ask Phil to shut it down and hand everything over.
