Agent Operations

Custom agents for one recurring job, built, run and maintained for you.

For small and mid-sized firms with a back-office job that eats hours every week.

Pick the job that costs your team the most time, such as invoice intake, client onboarding, CRM updates or a weekly report. PWood Group builds an agent for it inside your existing tools, runs it, and keeps it working as your business changes.

Someone on your team spends hours a week moving information between email, spreadsheets and systems, and the job stalls when they're out.

How it works

  1. 1

    A 20-minute call

Tell Phil the job. He'll ask how it's done today and what a good result looks like.

  2. 2

    Map and build

The job is mapped with the person who does it, then the agent is built on your real examples.

  3. 3

    A supervised go-live

The agent runs with approvals on. You review the first runs together.

  4. 4

    Run and improve

The agent keeps running, gets fixed when your tools change, and takes on new jobs as you find them.

Pricing

A one-time setup fee per job plus a monthly retainer. You get a fixed quote after the first call.

Questions

Which tools can it work with?

Most firms run on some mix of Outlook or Gmail, Google Drive or SharePoint, QuickBooks, a CRM, and Slack or Teams. If a tool has an API or a dependable export, an agent can usually work with it.

Do we have to change our systems?

No. The agent works inside the tools you already use.

What happens when something breaks?

Failed runs alert Phil directly, and fixes are covered by the retainer. Anything that needs your attention arrives as an approval.

Who owns what gets built?

You own your data and the outputs. The configuration is documented and handed over if you ever leave.

What's one task you'd hand off this week?

Describe it in a sentence or two. Phil reads every one and replies by email.

Next you'll add your name and email.
