This policy explains what PWood Group LLC (“PWood Group”, “we”) collects through pwoodgroup.com and how we use it. Work we do for clients is covered by the written agreement for that engagement.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the “Book a scope call” form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, website, the task you describe and anything else you include.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to serve and secure the site.
• Page statistics. We use cookieless analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, scope and quote work, and provide services you engage us for. We use technical data to keep the site running and secure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery, our email provider and workplace messaging, and only as needed to respond to you. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To ask for a copy of your information, correct it or delete it, email phil@pwoodgroup.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please don't send passwords or account numbers through the form.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
